  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting technical findings to leadership

What you'll be doing

  • Lead development, optimization, and scale-up of preparative purification methods for small molecules and oligonucleotides from semi-preparative to kilogram scale
  • Execute and troubleshoot mass-directed chromatography campaigns; develop solutions for challenging separations
  • Procure chromatography equipment, pack columns, qualify systems, and maintain laboratory infrastructure
  • Author and approve SOPs, batch records, validation protocols, and technical documents in full cGMP compliance
  • Mentor junior scientists and technicians in preparative chromatography and kilo-lab operations
