What you'll be doing

Lead development, optimization, and scale-up of preparative purification methods for small molecules and oligonucleotides from semi-preparative to kilogram scale
Execute and troubleshoot mass-directed chromatography campaigns; develop solutions for challenging separations
Procure chromatography equipment, pack columns, qualify systems, and maintain laboratory infrastructure
Author and approve SOPs, batch records, validation protocols, and technical documents in full cGMP compliance
Mentor junior scientists and technicians in preparative chromatography and kilo-lab operations
