Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder management capabilities
PhD in relevant scientific discipline or equivalent industry experience (desirable)

What you'll be doing

Lead Cell Line Development and Upstream Process Development strategies across biologics programmes
Provide scientific leadership for CMC projects from early development through commercialisation
Act as subject matter expert for technical decision-making on CLD and USP activities
Drive process innovation and continuous improvement for productivity, robustness and quality
Represent upstream process development within multidisciplinary CMC teams and external partnerships
