Experience in manufacturing, industrial, medical device, or highly regulated environments
Knowledge of OSHA, industrial hygiene, environmental, and occupational health regulations
Experience conducting exposure assessments, air sampling, and industrial hygiene monitoring
Experience with incident investigations, risk assessments, audits, and corrective actions
Professional certification such as CIH, CSP, or ASP preferred
Bachelor's or master's degree in industrial hygiene, environmental health, or related field preferred

What you'll be doing

Lead implementation and continuous improvement of EHS programs supporting manufacturing operations and regulatory compliance
Serve as site industrial hygiene expert, developing exposure assessment strategies and interpreting monitoring results
Act as Radiation Safety Officer, Laser Safety Officer, and key technical resource for compliance obligations
Conduct incident investigations, risk assessments, and audits; drive corrective and preventive actions to closure
Monitor EHS metrics and compliance trends to identify improvement opportunities and strengthen safety culture
