What you'll be doing

Lead Workday HCM delivery across full lifecycle from requirements through go-live and support
Serve as primary Workday HCM functional expert and provide backup Oracle ERP operations support
Translate HR and Finance business needs into comprehensive functional and technical specifications
Manage vendor contracts, delivery quality, compliance, scope, timelines, and project budgets
Identify and implement HCM and ERP process modernization using current technology and automation
