Role summary
Cytiva seeks a Principal Bioreactor Technology & Industry Leader to serve as subject matter expert in single-use bioreactor systems and upstream bioprocess requirements. This role provides cross-functional product leadership, shapes technical direction, and ensures alignment with industry standards while collaborating with product teams and customers.

- Willingness to travel up to 20% domestically or internationally
What you'll be doing
- Provide technical leadership across product design, process optimization, and performance documentation
- Support customer technical discussions and requirements gathering for solutions
- Develop technical sales materials including application notes, publications, and presentations
- Publish industry thought leadership content and communicate emerging standards and trends
- Present to customers and industry groups to demonstrate product capabilities
