Role summary

Cencora seeks a Principal Architect for Solution Architecture to guide Salesforce delivery teams in translating enterprise architecture strategy into executable project designs. What they're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
Eight or more years of enterprise technology experience with significant Salesforce platform delivery
Demonstrated solution or delivery architecture experience in complex enterprise programs
Strong knowledge of Salesforce design, configuration, custom development, integration, data, and security
Experience translating high-level architecture into executable technical work packages
Proficiency with Agile environments and tools such as Jira
Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication abilities

What you'll be doing

Translate domain architecture strategy and standards into project-level solution designs and delivery plans
Lead solution design including architecture diagrams, technical approaches, integration, data, and security considerations
Decompose large solutions into sequenced, workable technical deliverables with clear boundaries and dependencies
Guide in-flight technical decisions and review detailed designs for alignment with architectural intent
Document architecture decisions, identify risks and technical debt, and escalate cross-domain concerns
