Role summary
Press operator position in a manufacturing facility processing metal powders and producing components for medical imaging systems. Operates industrial equipment including blenders, furnaces, and compaction presses on third shift (11 PM–7 AM) Monday through Friday.

- Competency performing mathematical operations including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, averages, and percentages
- Ability to use measuring tools such as vernier calipers, micrometers, scales, and rulers
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, including tolerancing, surface finishes, and engineering notes
What you'll be doing
- Identify, measure, blend, sieve, and package powders and liquids according to formulas and specifications
- Set up and operate blenders, reduction furnaces, and hydraulic compaction presses following established procedures
- Inspect components for compliance with weight, material composition, and appearance specifications
- Maintain clean, organized, and safety-compliant work area according to EHS policies and 5S principles
Compensation$27.53–$39.84 per hour (step progression); $1.00/hour shift differential for first 5 years, then 10% of base rate
