Role summary
Stryker seeks a Powder Coater III to prepare and coat components using powder coating operations. The role involves equipment setup, quality inspection, and maintenance of work standards in a manufacturing environment on a Monday-Friday schedule with required Saturday overtime.

What you'll be doing
- Apply powder coating process to components and sub-assemblies per specifications
- Unload parts and racks from production line while inspecting completed work
- Set and adjust coating equipment for proper tolerances, color, and feed rates
- Perform work area cleanup and quality assurance of own production
- Participate in preventative maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives
Compensation$23.90 hourly plus bonus eligible and benefits
