Role summary
Materials Team Lead position supporting daily material operations on a manufacturing production floor. Responsible for coordinating material flow, maintaining inventory accuracy, and enabling production teams to meet safety and delivery objectives through efficient material management and process improvement.

- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum five years manufacturing, distribution, or logistics experience
- Demonstrated ability to influence team performance and drive production targets
- Proven experience with cycle counting, inventory audits, and reconciliation
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- ERP system experience, preferably JD Edwards (preferred)
What you'll be doing
- Coordinate material staging and delivery to maintain uninterrupted production schedules
- Promote inventory accuracy through ERP transactions, work orders, and material movements
- Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies via root cause analysis and audit support
- Train and develop materials team members while reinforcing accountability and process improvements
- Serve as cross-functional coordinator between materials, production, planning, and quality teams
Compensation$32.10/hr plus bonus potential and benefits
