What you'll be doing
- Execute preventive and proactive maintenance on production equipment including mechanical and electrical components
- Participate in or lead improvement initiatives and projects supporting plant operations
- Identify and eliminate root causes of equipment failures using RCA or similar methodologies
- Serve as technical expert for assigned production equipment, ensuring safe and reliable operation
- Prepare work permits, risk analyses, and maintenance reports while maintaining updated equipment documentation
Compensation€3,898–€5,274 gross per month
