Role summary
Senior Director overseeing all manufacturing operations at a medical device facility. Responsible for safety, quality, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and team leadership while implementing strategies to achieve operational excellence and meet production targets.

What you'll be doing
- Establish and maintain safety culture, environmental compliance programs, and incident management across the facility
- Lead quality management system, ensure FDA and ISO 13485 compliance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop operational strategies using lean six sigma methodologies to improve productivity, throughput, and cost efficiency
- Oversee site financial performance, budget management, headcount, and capital investment allocation
- Manage capacity planning and supply chain strategies aligned with enterprise objectives and production targets
