Role summary
This Plant Controller position oversees financial operations for a manufacturing facility, including standard product costing, inventory management, and manufacturing variance analysis. - Oversee standard product costing, manufacturing variances, inventory planning, and related financial reporting
- Develop and maintain standard costs, fixed assets, and reserve calculations for accuracy
- Partner with manufacturing leadership to optimize finance-related operational decisions and safeguard assets
- Drive continuous financial improvement through gross profit, inventory, and spending analysis
- Ensure financial compliance with US GAAP, Sarbanes-Oxley requirements, and company policies
