What you'll be doing
- Assist pharmacist or pharmacy technician with prescription filling and patient pickups
- Enter, scan, and process prescriptions using Kroll Pharmacy software and maintain accurate records
- Manage inventory of medications, orders, and process related billings and claims
- Pack and ship prescription orders following established protocols; answer phones and respond to inquiries
- Report adverse events per provincial regulatory standards and escalate non-routine issues appropriately
