Role summary
Catalent seeks a Pharmaceutical Technician I to perform GMP manufacturing operations in oral solid dose production at its Greenville, North Carolina facility. The role involves equipment assembly, compounding, documentation, and manufacturing setup with minimal supervision on a Monday-Thursday overnight shift.
What they're looking for
- High school diploma or equivalent plus two years pharmaceutical OSD manufacturing experience
- Or associate degree plus one year pharmaceutical OSD manufacturing experience
- Internal forklift operation certification required
- Ability to lift 40 lbs unassisted and push/pull up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Full range of motion in upper and lower extremities; ability to bend, stoop, climb
- Satisfactory medical evaluation for respirator use
What you'll be doing
- Assemble, disassemble, clean, and store manufacturing equipment with minimal oversight
- Conduct setup, changeover, and manufacturing activities following SOPs and safety requirements
- Troubleshoot machinery and recommend corrective or preventative measures
- Accurately document batch records and logbook entries per FDA cGMP guidelines
