Role summary
IQVIA seeks an experienced pharmaceutical specialist for field-based dermatology sales in the Mannheim-Heilbronn region, starting October 2026. The role focuses on building key account relationships, executing product positioning strategies, and driving market penetration during a product launch phase.
What they're looking for
- Completed degree in pharmaceutical sciences, natural sciences, or equivalent qualification per §75 AMG
- Experience in pharmaceutical specialty field sales, ideally dermatology
- Strong understanding of the German healthcare system
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within assigned territory
- Fluent German language skills (C1-C2 level)
- Preferred experience with product launches or indication extensions
- Key account management experience in specialty care, preferably dermatology
What you'll be doing
- Serve as primary commercial contact for assigned dermatology key accounts
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with dermatologists and practice stakeholders
- Position products as differentiated therapy options within existing treatment pathways
- Convert national launch strategy into customized account plans
- Conduct high-quality scientific and value-based customer discussions
