- Experience with payroll systems such as ADP, Workday, or SAP (preferred)
What you'll be doing
- Process French payroll for multiple group companies with precision and timeliness
- Validate payroll data, manage off-cycle payments, and prepare required filings and reports
- Escalate and resolve payroll discrepancies, serving as escalation point for analysts
- Maintain and audit employee payroll records including tax withholdings and benefits
- Collaborate on payroll system upgrades and support standardized workflow rollouts across EMEA
