What you'll be doing
- Manage and oversee end-to-end payroll processing cycles for accuracy and timeliness across EMEA region
- Lead and develop payroll team, overseeing capacity planning, performance, and hiring decisions
- Conduct payroll audits, prepare audit documentation, and ensure compliance with country labor laws
- Analyze payroll KPIs including error rates and processing times; identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, and IT teams on payroll reporting, system enhancements, and troubleshooting
