What you'll be doing
- Execute payment calculations, create and manage purchase orders for clinical trials
- Prepare study startup activities accurately and ensure timely payment requests per contract terms
- Conduct interim and final reconciliations and maintain audit readiness across assigned studies
- Serve as liaison between Contract & Centralized Services, GCO teams, and clinical trial sites
- Support system implementations and data quality checks across multiple platforms
Compensationzł79,000 - zł146,700 base annually
