Role summary
IQVIA seeks a Patient & Site Engagement Operations Manager to oversee coordination and execution of patient recruitment and retention strategies for clinical studies across EMEA. This role bridges sponsor requirements with operational implementation, managing budgets, vendor relationships, and project KPIs for small to mid-size programs.

What you'll be doing
- Translate recruitment and retention strategy into operational plans affecting study enrollment
- Serve as primary operational contact for sponsors and project teams implementing patient programs
- Manage project budgets, financial realization targets, and KPI performance monitoring
- Coordinate vendor management, contracting, and patient advocacy group relationships
- Represent IQVIA at sponsor meetings, conduct training, and present recruitment strategies to sites
