Role summary
iRhythm is building a talent community for part-time contract Cardiac Monitoring Technicians to support clinical operations. The role involves ECG analysis, quality assurance, and arrhythmia identification in a hybrid environment across three locations, requiring completion of a six-week training program.
What they're looking for
- Minimum 1 year hands-on cardiac rhythm interpretation in clinical or telemetry setting
- Demonstrated ability to interpret ECG rhythms and identify arrhythmias accurately
- Knowledge of cardiac anatomy, electrophysiology, and medical terminology
- Strong computer skills and experience with multiple software applications
- CCT certification required within 120 days if lacking RN, EMT-P, or CCT credential
- Preferred: RN, EMT-P, CCT, CRAT, or EKG certification
- Preferred: Associate degree or coursework in cardiovascular technology or healthcare
What you'll be doing
- Review patient ECG data and algorithm findings for clinical accuracy and 100% data quality
- Communicate ECG abnormalities to physicians as clinically indicated
- Perform quality assurance on reports with necessary modifications before delivery
- Develop ECG interpretation skills while meeting productivity and quality metrics
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and adherence to best clinical practices
Compensation$23.95 - $27.78 hourly
