Role summary

What you'll be doing
- Set up, operate, and perform routine and preventive maintenance on automated filling, packing, and assembly equipment
- Independently run and manage multiple production lines including changeovers and adjustments
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex equipment and product quality issues through root-cause analysis
- Maintain accurate documentation of quality, safety, and maintenance activities per GMP standards
- Provide operator support across assigned operations and coordinate with external contractors as needed
