Role summary
Vertex Pharmaceuticals seeks a Packaging and Labeling Manager to oversee end-to-end pharmaceutical artwork development and implementation across its commercial and pipeline products. - Working knowledge of GMP, quality systems, change control, and pharmaceutical regulatory requirements
- Experience with artwork management systems and electronic approval workflows
- Strong project management and organizational skills managing multiple concurrent initiatives
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio
- Product launch experience and understanding of commercialization activities preferred
What you'll be doing
- Lead artwork development activities including brief creation, preparation, review, and implementation
- Manage artwork changes through formalized systems and change control processes from initiation to implementation
- Coordinate with Regulatory Labeling, Supply Chain, MS&T, Quality Assurance, and external vendors on artwork requirements
- Oversee artwork implementation at manufacturing and packaging sites to support commercial supply continuity
- Deliver training on artwork processes and management systems to internal and external stakeholders
