Role summary

Strategic leadership role driving transformation and innovation across Global Regulatory Affairs through digitization, AI/ML, automation, and technology enablement. The Senior Director will develop and execute transformation strategy, modernize regulatory processes, and serve as advisor to senior leadership on innovation opportunities and organizational readiness.

  • 10+ years regulatory affairs, life sciences, or regulated industry experience

  • Demonstrated experience with AI, advanced analytics, or digital transformation in regulated functions
  • Expertise in change management and driving adoption of new capabilities
  • Knowledge of regulatory innovation trends and structured content approaches
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement skills

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and execute regulatory transformation and innovation strategy aligned with GRA and enterprise objectives
  • Lead design, digitization, and implementation of end-to-end regulatory practices to improve efficiency
  • Identify and advance emerging opportunities through innovation, AI, analytics, and automation
  • Establish governance and value-realization frameworks for evaluating transformational opportunities
  • Define, monitor, and communicate measurable improvements in organizational effectiveness and business performance
