Role summary
Worldwide Clinical Trials seeks an Organizational Learning Advisor to design and implement a commercial learning strategy from the ground up. This business-facing role will develop competency models, curricula, and enablement programs for the commercial organization while partnering with leaders to drive revenue growth and client satisfaction.

- 5+ years in learning & development, sales enablement, or commercial training
- Experience in CRO, pharmaceutical, or client-facing services environment
- Proven ability to consult with commercial teams on learning needs and capability gaps
- Strong analytical skills to measure training effectiveness and business impact
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders in matrixed, global settings
- Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally
What you'll be doing
- Lead learning and enablement strategy aligned to commercial growth, win rates, and client satisfaction
- Build foundational commercial learning framework including competency models, role profiles, learning paths, and governance processes
- Design onboarding and ramp-up programs for new commercial hires to accelerate productivity
- Develop role-based curricula covering selling skills, service line knowledge, RFP development, and client communication
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops with engaging delivery; measure learning impact against commercial metrics
