- Partner with Marketing and Medical leadership to develop workshops in insight generation, business storytelling, and strategic communication
- Provide field coaching and coach-the-coach programs while embedding key account management processes across both functions
- Apply consistent proficiency measurement and change discipline across academies, ensuring lasting behaviour change rather than product delivery
