One-year fixed-term internship supporting order management and customer service operations for clinical accessories in the DACH region. What you'll be doing

Validate and book customer orders according to compliance requirements
Manage open order backlogs to ensure timely fulfillment and closure
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple functions
Identify, escalate, and resolve order execution risks and issues
Process returns, handle customer inquiries, and support demo inventory ordering
