Role summary
Stryker seeks a sourcing intern to support procurement and supplier management activities in a hybrid or onsite role. The position offers hands-on exposure to data analysis, project management, and sourcing operations within a global medical technology organization.

- Currently enrolled in Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
- English language proficiency at minimum B2 level (written and verbal)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with self-motivation and organizational skills
- Availability for 12-month internship commitment, 30-35 hours per week
- Communicative knowledge of Polish language
What you'll be doing
- Support sourcing team with day-to-day activities and ongoing project work
- Collect, analyze, and report data to support sourcing initiatives and supplier evaluation
- Maintain accuracy of sourcing and supplier data, including setup and record updates
- Assist with preparation and distribution of RFIs and RFQs, organizing supplier responses
- Conduct market and supplier research, compare quotations, and maintain project tracking documentation
Compensation31.40 PLN/hour
