Role summary

What you'll be doing
- Serve as primary DC point of contact for new product introductions, coordinating multiple annual launches
- Partner with cross-functional teams to understand SKU attributes, volumes, handling needs, and timelines
- Coordinate space, labor, equipment, and WMS readiness for on-time first receipt and shipment
- Support floor operations, training DC associates on new product handling procedures and protocols
- Track NPI metrics including dock-to-stock time and putaway accuracy; conduct post-launch reviews
