What you'll be doing
- Lead daily manufacturing operations ensuring safety, quality, compliance, and productivity objectives
- Manage and develop manufacturing team through hiring, coaching, and performance management
- Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Kaizen, and operational excellence methodologies
- Collaborate cross-functionally on capacity planning, process improvements, and new product introductions
- Oversee equipment maintenance, calibration, and ensure GMP compliance and accurate documentation
