Role summary

- Familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma concepts or relevant coursework
- Eligible to work full-time on-site for one year (August 2026–December 2027) without visa sponsorship
- Strong communication skills, problem-solving mindset, and cross-functional collaboration ability
What you'll be doing
- Support planning and execution of process improvement activities reducing waste and improving flow, quality, and safety
- Collect, analyze, and visualize operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities and quantify impact
- Assist in root cause analysis, develop countermeasures, and track implementation and sustainment
- Create and maintain standard work, value stream maps, process maps, and visual management dashboards
- Lead cross-functional meetings and prepare status updates and presentations for leadership
