Role summary
This operational excellence role focuses on driving organizational transformation across Medtronic's Canadian operations. The analyst will lead process improvement initiatives, facilitate cross-functional teams, and influence cultural and capability shifts by translating strategy into sustainable new ways of working. What they're looking for
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
- Expertise in structured root cause problem-solving methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to establish baselines and measure performance against standards
- Strong data-driven communication and presentation skills
- Experience delivering training on process improvement and continuous improvement tools
What you'll be doing
- Plan and implement process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
- Lead cross-functional project teams and facilitate change across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other functions
- Develop performance metrics and identify root causes of operational problems
- Design and deliver transformation initiatives connecting enterprise strategy to practical changes in workflows
- Create learning experiences and coaching programs to build organizational capability in continuous improvement
