What you'll be doing

Lead plant-wide operational excellence program embedding continuous improvement across all processes
Develop performance metrics, measurement systems, and data interpretation capabilities for operational results
Manage continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and value-stream methodologies
Facilitate value stream mapping and Kaizen events with risk assessment and contingency planning
Track financial benefits of improvement projects and support business strategy execution
