What you'll be doing

Manage Stryker surgical equipment and devices during preoperative, operative, and postoperative phases
Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions using independent judgment in demanding situations
Set up surgical towers, booms, and integrated systems; adjust intraoperative settings
Educate surgeons and OR staff on product features and proper equipment usage
Maintain accurate records of surgical procedures and monthly performance metrics
