Role summary
Field-based specialist responsible for transporting, reprocessing, and high-level disinfection of flexible endoscopes and TEE probes in hospital settings. Role ensures equipment compliance with ANSI/AAMI standards while supporting surgical team workflows and patient care.

- Capacity to lift 50 lbs occasionally and 20 lbs frequently with extended standing and fine motor skills

- Proficiency with basic computer applications and strong interpersonal communication skills
- CER certification required within six months of hire
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred; 1+ year customer service or clinical support experience preferred
What you'll be doing
- Transport flexible scopes and probes between procedural areas and reprocessing sites safely
- Perform leak testing, manual cleaning, and automated or manual high-level disinfection cycles
- Validate and document all HLD cycles, labeling, procedure information, and performance metrics for compliance
- Communicate with clinical departments regarding instrument availability and coordinate storage logistics
- Maintain current knowledge of Stryker equipment, products, and technologies through ongoing training
Compensation$21.58 - $29.20 USD hourly
