Role summary
Field-based OnSite Specialist position supporting surgical operations and equipment management at a Cedar Rapids hospital. Provides clinical support during procedures, maintains Stryker equipment, troubleshoots device issues, and ensures compliance with facility standards.

What you'll be doing
- Set up and manage Stryker surgical towers, booms, lights, and integrated systems during procedures
- Troubleshoot endoscopy and integration systems, adjust settings intraoperatively as needed
- Perform equipment maintenance, cleaning, disinfection, and restocking of consumables post-procedure
- Educate OR and sterile processing staff on proper use and troubleshooting of Stryker products
- Maintain accurate records of surgical procedures and account information; ensure vendor credentialing compliance
