Role summary
Amgen seeks an Oncology Sales Training Manager to develop and deliver training curriculum for the Oncology Business Unit's sales teams. - Collaborate with brand teams and learning partners on sales capability and portfolio initiatives
- Align training strategies with Regional Sales Directors to support business objectives
