What you'll be doing

Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Propel, Matrix, and Propel Plate Accelerator laboratory automation systems
Perform routine and emergency maintenance, preventive inspections, and diagnose electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic issues
Execute Factory Acceptance Testing and Site Acceptance Testing; install equipment and conduct system upgrades and validation
Provide technical support, issue resolution, operator training, and maintenance recommendations to customers
Maintain service inventory, complete documentation including maintenance records and customer feedback reports
