Role summary
Merit Medical seeks an OEM Customer Service Sales Support specialist to provide technical assistance and order management for original equipment manufacturer customers and sales representatives. The role coordinates customer requests, manages quotations, and resolves service issues across multiple communication channels.

- Generate reports on products, sales revenue, and customer complaints
- Manage complex order details and quotations via email, phone, and other communication methods
