What you'll be doing

Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on boilers, HVAC, compressors, pumps, and cooling systems
Troubleshoot and resolve utility equipment failures to maintain safe and compliant operations
Respond to system alarms and equipment malfunctions; diagnose and implement corrective actions
Fabricate, assemble, install, and maintain piping systems for steam, water, cooling, and processing applications
Execute welding, machining, and component replacement activities on mechanical and rotating equipment

Compensation$22.50–$45.00/hour
