Role summary
Johnson & Johnson seeks a Neuroscience Sales Specialist to drive sales of CAPLYTA® and support neuropsychiatric treatment initiatives across the Little Rock, AR territory. The role combines in-person and virtual engagement with healthcare providers and mental health centers to meet territory sales goals while maintaining compliance and ethical standards.
What they're looking for
- Minimum 2 years healthcare sales, account management, or B2B sales experience
- Bachelor's degree from accredited institution
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- 3+ years specialty pharmaceutical sales experience preferred
- Launch, antipsychotic, or bipolar disorder sales experience highly preferred
- Strong self-motivation, integrity, and entrepreneurial mindset
- Excellent clinical communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
What you'll be doing
- Drive sales performance through compliant engagement with HCP offices and mental health centers in assigned territory
- Develop deep product and disease state knowledge to conduct clinical dialogues with healthcare professionals
- Create and execute local strategic and tactical business plans with accountability for budget management
- Maintain market intelligence on local practice structures, key influencers, and customer needs
- Manage administrative tasks including call data, customer objectives, sample reporting, and expense tracking
