Role summary
IQVIA seeks pharmacy field service representatives for the Munich metropolitan area to sell and support premium dermocosmetic products in pharmacies. The role combines direct sales, staff training, marketing support, and order management for both experienced professionals and career changers with relevant sales backgrounds.

- Several years of pharmacy field service experience, preferably in OTC or cosmetic product sales

What you'll be doing

- Process customer requests, orders, complaints, and returns in timely and accurate manner
- Execute marketing measures and sales initiatives across pharmacy territory
