Lead execution of BMS Sponsored Research Agreements with investigators and institutions, managing complex escalated negotiations
Develop, negotiate, and oversee site and country-level budgets aligned with global standards and strategic objectives
Develop global strategy to accelerate contract negotiations and drive efficiencies with clinical research centers
Serve as final escalation point for legal and budget issues in site contracting operations and provide direct negotiation support
Train, mentor, and provide quality oversight to team members; identify and implement process improvements and automation initiatives
