Role summary
Johnson & Johnson seeks a Digital Product Manager for MedTech Supply Chain to lead strategy, development, and execution of digital capabilities that advance supply chain management. - Excellent written and verbal communication and leadership skills
What you'll be doing
- Develop and implement digital product strategy for supply chain portfolio supporting Integrated Planning function
- Manage end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation and roadmap development through execution and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including supply chain operations, IT, data science, and business units
- Define and monitor KPIs and success metrics to measure digital product performance and business value realization
- Design and execute go-to-market and change management strategies to drive adoption across supply chain teams
