What you'll be doing
- Receive, record, and report adverse drug reactions within regulatory timelines via multiple channels
- Execute drug safety data management processes including call intake, documentation, peer review, and case follow-up
- Track information and metrics, perform quality control of process steps, and reconcile data from multiple sources
- Manage both inbound and outbound calls with ability to analyze and synthesize medical information
- Maintain high data quality standards and ensure compliance with internal standard operating procedures
Compensation$27.00-$35.00 hourly rate
