- Pharm.D., Ph.D., M.D., or D.O. degree preferred
- 7+ years industry experience in Scientific or Medical Affairs at biotech or pharmaceutical company
- 3+ years as medical science liaison in biotech or pharmaceutical setting
- Experience in clinical practice, clinical research, or medically related postdoctoral training
What you'll be doing
- Manage, coach, and develop regional MSL team while ensuring alignment with corporate goals and compliance standards
- Partner with medical leadership to develop field medical strategy, tactics, and Scientific Engagement Plans with measurable outcomes
- Guide MSL team in scientific engagement with opinion leaders, healthcare providers, and population health decision makers
- Elevate field medical insights to refine strategy and collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders
- Represent MSL team to senior leadership and ensure coordinated collaboration between field medical and commercial teams
