Role summary
Regeneron seeks a Hematology Oncology Account Specialist to engage oncology specialists and key customers across Iowa, Nebraska, and North Dakota in support of a Multiple Myeloma product launch. The role combines clinical selling, account management, and cross-functional collaboration to drive revenue growth and deliver product goals.
What they're looking for
- Bachelor's degree; Master's degree or advanced certifications preferred
- Minimum 5 years successful Oncology sales experience; Hematology Oncology preferred
- Buy and bill experience with biologics required
- Minimum 3 years experience engaging key thought leaders in group practices or academic hospitals
- Current account management experience calling on large Oncology group practices or integrated delivery networks
- Strong understanding of Hematology Oncology therapeutic area and current marketplace
- Ability to travel and cover large geographic territories
What you'll be doing
- Deliver clinically focused selling messages to oncology specialists supporting Multiple Myeloma product launch
- Partner with Regional Directors, Territory Specialists, and Reimbursement Specialists to address customer needs
- Execute market profiling activities to understand regional healthcare delivery and payer systems
- Identify business opportunities and coordinate account management efforts to support contracting and revenue growth
- Develop relationships across accounts to align Regeneron resources with customer objectives and ensure compliance
