- Analyze questions and formulate accurate responses using client-approved resources and regulatory guidelines
- Identify, record, and triage adverse events and product complaints with appropriate follow-up support
- Collaborate with internal and external contacts to resolve complex inquiries and research medical literature as needed
- Maintain current knowledge of project policies, SOPs, protocols, and applicable regulatory requirements
