Role summary

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or related field
- Minimum 4 years supply chain planning or scheduling experience in global manufacturing
- Advanced proficiency with AI/ML forecasting and data visualization tools
- Experience with advanced planning systems such as SAP/APO
- Knowledge of capacity planning methodologies including RCCP and scenario modeling
- APICS CPIM or CSCP certification preferred
What you'll be doing
- Develop and maintain monthly constrained Master Production Schedule aligned with net requirements and site capacity
- Lead site capacity planning, rough-cut capacity planning reviews, and latest estimate processes
- Apply advanced planning systems and analytics tools for scenario modeling and demand forecasting
- Coordinate frozen period horizons, production scheduling, and finished goods pull-forward processes
- Collaborate with global teams to identify and mitigate capacity constraints while driving digital transformation
