Role summary

Marketing Program Manager position supporting Agilent's life sciences business in Japan. Plans and executes marketing campaigns to drive demand generation and revenue growth for analytical instruments across multiple industry segments in the APAC region.

Undergraduate degree in Chemistry, Biological Sciences, or equivalent field
10+ years relevant experience with minimum 5 years in marketing roles
Understanding of analytical technologies including chromatography, mass spectrometry, spectroscopy
Experience developing marketing programs for pharma, biopharma, food, environmental, materials, semiconductors sectors
APAC marketing campaign experience for new and existing products
Fluent Japanese written and oral communication; business-level English proficiency
Demonstrated project management and cross-functional collaboration skills

What you'll be doing

Plan and coordinate marketing programs and initiatives to support sales funnel generation in Japan
Develop innovative marketing strategies and positioning to capture market share across business units
Collaborate with global product and marketing teams on strategic messaging and commercialization plans
Manage financial analyses and business cases; identify target audiences and appropriate marketing tactics
Measure program impact and ROI while identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities through data analytics
