AstraZeneca seeks a Market Access Manager for its Oncology portfolio across the Andean Cluster. This role develops and executes market access strategies, working cross-functionally with marketing, medical, pricing, and payer teams to ensure sustainable access to innovative cancer therapies.

Advanced English proficiency, written and spoken
Proficiency with Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, and AI-enabled solutions
Strategic influence and stakeholder management skills without direct reporting authority

What you'll be doing

Lead Market Access strategy development for the Oncology portfolio in the Andean Cluster region
Create payer strategies, value narratives, reimbursement dossiers, and access implementation tools
Identify and address access barriers related to oncology diagnosis, treatment pathways, and patient access
Support innovative pricing and access models aligned with governance frameworks
Engage with payers, healthcare providers, health authorities, and ecosystem stakeholders
